What should we wear?
What to wear to a photography session is a very common question – and it all depends on the location, time of year, and your personal style! Here are some suggestions:
Make sure your clothes are comfortable! Any discomfort will show in the photographs, and you want to look as comfortable as you feel!
Try to consider your decor, color scheme, and "feel" of your home while choosing your outfits. This is helpful for planning wall portrait displays.
When considering hairstyles and accessories, be sure to choose ones that do not detract from the face – your beautiful smiles should be the focal point!

When will our proofs and product order be ready?
Your online gallery of proofs will be available within two weeks of your shoot. After you've had the chance to review your proofs, we will help you select your favorite images and figure out what products make the most sense for you and your family.
Once we finalize your order, it will go into production and we will have it to you within a few weeks.
The decision process is always the hardest and we are here to help you!
Since we're shooting outside, what do we do if it rains or if it looks like it might rain?
In the event of bad weather, or if you have an emergency and need to reschedule, please call us ASAP! We will e-mail you our cell phone number before the shoot, feel free to e-mail us back with a number where we can reach you that day too in case anything comes up on our end. We will check the extended forecast about a week before your shoot and e-mail you to confirm. Then we’ll check the radar again 24-48 hours out and re-confirm via e-mail.
Dallas weather can change at the last minute, so it is best to wait as long as possible before making the final call.
Can I bring my dog to my session?
Dogs are more than welcome to join us for your mini session! Just give us a heads up during booking.
